It sure is frustrating!

Video streaming on the Internet is a really neat invention, but it also has a few technical complexites that can be daunting.

First of all, it requires a certain type of player called an Adobe Flash player. Most newer computers come with this pre-installed, but even then the program is constantly being updated and improved, so new downloads of the updates are necessary from time to time. The latest updates also run best on the latest version of your internet browser. If you have an "e" at the top left corner of your screen you are using Internet Explorer, the most common browser. The other common browser is called Mozilla Firefox.  If you see nothing when you click on the internet video, or the page froze, you probably need to get the latest software.

Start with your internet browser, Click on help at the top and see if it offers you to check for updates or see what is new.  Do that first.

Next you'll  need to download an Adobe Flash player.  If you are using Internet explorer, you can do that by clicking here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If you are using Firefox or another type of browser then click here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

You don't need to sign up for the McAfee virus scan trial - unclick that box
Then follow the directions and agree to the terms and conditions until it its loaded.

NOTE: if you already have an Adobe Flash player, and a picture shows up but the video is choppy or stops and starts, the problem may be your internet speed, your computer speed, or the version of Adobe flash is too old.   We have optimized our videos for slower connections, so the first thing to try is to click on the play button, and then pause it and wait for the video to load. You'll see it loading at the bottom of the picture. After a 20 seconds or so, push it to play again and see if that works.

If uploading the latest software doesn't solve it, you might have a really really slow connection or a computer that is too slow.  You can feel free to email Rick at   SCConTVhelp@gmail.com   if you are at a loss and want some guidance.

We want you to be successful and be able to take advantage of these fantastic videos.

All the best!
